Cancellation Window
Requests submitted at least 48 hours before a scheduled service session are reviewed for full return eligibility.
Partial Return Conditions
When preparation work has started, a partial return may be issued after internal assessment of completed tasks.
Non-Return Circumstances
Completed live sessions and delivered customized planning materials are generally not eligible for return.
Processing Time
Approved returns are processed within 10 business days to the original payment channel where possible.
